Key Responsibilities

Cat Socialization

Spend meaningful time with our residents through play, brushing, and gentle companionship to help them stay human-friendly and adaptable.

🧹

Shelter Upkeep

Maintain a clean and healthy environment by assisting with kennel cleaning, laundry, bowl sanitization, and general organizing of donation areas.

🥗

Feeding & Nutrition

Ensure all residents receive their required dietary portions and fresh water, reporting any changes in appetite or behavior to staff.

Safety & Health Protocols

The wellbeing of our animals and volunteers is our top priority. Please review these essential procedures for handling, sanitation, and emergency situations.

Hand Hygiene: Sanitize hands before and after handling each animal.
Bite/Scratch Protocol: There are supplies for scratches available in the building. Please report any serious injury immediately.
Zoonotic Awareness: Watch for signs of worms, parasites or URI symptoms.
Emergency Exits: Familiarize yourself with all safety exit locations.
