Creating Real Change Since 1996
Since our founding, we have focused on reducing pet overpopulation and improving the welfare of animals throughout Rome and Floyd County. Our impact centers on compassionate care, community education, and sustainable advocacy that saves lives every day.
Featured Adoptable Cats
Meet our lovable rescues currently searching for their forever homes. Each of these unique felines is ready to bring joy and companionship to your life.
Mr. Moo
Bumble
Noodle
If you're looking for the kind of kitty you'll be telling stories about, Mr. Moo is your man. Less than a year old, this vaccinated and neutered fella is the life of every party. Communicative, happy and 100% entertaining, we think you'd have no regrets adding Mr. Moo to your family. He's probably not well suited for small children or small dogs.
Bumble is a sweet almost 8‑month‑old girl who has grown up with us at the shelter. Affection seeking and ok with being independent, this little mouser is ready for a family of her own and is spayed and vaccinated.
Noodle is Bumble’s equally sweet sister, also almost 8 months old and raised in our care. Gentle and playful, her affection is worth the wait. She’s fixed, vaccinated, and so ready to finally go home with her own family.
